Principal's Message

Dear Bruin Students and Families,

With great excitement, I write this introduction to you as the new Principal of Lehigh Acres Middle School. I am honored to have the opportunity to lead a school with such great potential and a strong foundation.

Over my 25 years in education, I have worked in Elementary, Middle, and High school as well as a district-level administrator. I have been a Special education teacher, Reading teacher, and Assistant Principal at Lehigh Senior and Fort Myers Middle. Before my appointment, I was the Principal at Franklin Park Elementary School for the last five years. Working at Franklin Park and Lehigh Senior High as an administrator has helped me prepare to be the Principal of Lehigh Acres Middle School.

On a personal note, I am a mother of four Lee County graduates. I am pleased to be part of the Lee County School District, which believes in 100% student success. As your principal, it is my role to inspire all learners to reach their highest potential and to be productive citizens of our society.

Education is the key to unlocking limitless opportunities throughout life. With that belief, students are at the center of all our decisions as a school. I look forward to taking this journey with everyone while continuing to build on the rich history and foundation for success here at Lehigh Acres Middle School.

To ensure student success, we must continuously bridge the school and community gap with solid relationships. I look forward to meeting you soon!

Bruins ROAR!

Principal Freeman
